Réductions Privées is a portal that enables you to access hundreds of e-merchant sites and take advantage of perks on them (refunds, discount coupons, a welcome discount, etc.).

Who can use the Réductions Privées service?

To use the Réductions Privées service, simply register either through an order confirmation page on one of our partner sites or directly via the home page at https://reductionsprivees.com/en/. You must be at least 18 years old, be a natural person and be a French resident. In order to use the Réductions Privées service, you must also accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe at any time without having to provide a reason by contacting Customer Service:

What does REDUCTIONSPRIVEES.COM and REDUCPRIV.COM mean on my bank account statement?

This label is used by Réductions Privées so that you can immediately recognise where the direct debit comes from so you can go to our site and contact Customer Service if necessary.

How will I receive my refunds?

You will receive your refunds directly to your bank account once a month if the amount of your refunds exceeds €5. If your refund amount does not exceed €5, it will be carried over to the next month. You have to enter your bank details in your member space in order to receive your refunds.

Are my Cashback refunds valid for all my purchases?

No, you cannot get a Cashback refund for certain purchases:
  • Purchases that were not made online,
  • Purchases with vouchers or gift cards
  • Purchases which do not comply with our general conditions of service

How do I use the Réductions Privées service?

In order to use the Private Discounts service you must:
  • Log into your account on the site reductionsprivees.com with your login details,
  • Then click in the merchant tab,
  • Then click on the merchant you are interested in,
  • Then you will be sent directly to the merchant's site where you can make your purchase as you normally do,
  • Your purchases must be returned to us directly and then you will see your refunds in your account.

What should I do if my purchase refunds do not appear in my account?

If your purchase refunds do not appear back in your account:
  • You can contact our Customer Service
  • Send your invoice through your Customer Space interface so that we can take your purchase into account.

What is the maximum refund amount per month that I can receive?

The maximum refund amount you can receive per month is €300 for your purchases and €300 for your delivery charges refunds.

What is the refund period?

The refund period depends on the merchant's refund, it generally takes between 14 and 30 days.
